DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

You will never be able to speak against sin
if you are entertained by it

Some persons do not know right from wrong. The info in this article is for teaching right from wrong in the area of conservative Christian holiness. This test is mainly for the disciple-shipping of new believers, for children, and for overseas believers who need a more elementary type of teaching method like this. It's also for evangelism. However, if you are a mature Christian adult and think that you can ace it then go ahead and give it a try for the fun of it...

I have no reward to give you for passing this test except the knowledge that you gain by taking it.

There are some multiple choice questions and some true and false questions. In a multiple choice question click the button A, B, or C that you think is correct. In a true or false question click on the T for true or the F for false.

Either the Bible will keep you away from sin
or sin will keep you away from the Bible

Here is a test for you to take on holiness-

Watch your step carefully.
Your children do.

GENERAL QUESTIONS ON CHRISTIAN HOLINESS

1.  It is ok for me to worship:

       Buddah

The idol of Kaaba in Islam

       Jesus Christ

God said:
3"Do not worship any other gods besides me."
4"Do not make idols of any kind, whether in the shape of birds or animals or fish."
5"You must never worship or bow down to them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God who will not share your affection with any other god!..."
6" But I lavish My love on those who love Me and obey My commands, even for a thousand generations."
(Exodus 20:3-6 New Living Translation).

2. I can say bad words (I can cuss) at all times as much as I want to.

Note: the Bible says an unholy person swears "whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness." Acting in this way is not holiness to the Lord
(Romans 3:14).

3.  I can steal:

If I can get away with it

       If no one sees me

       Never

God says:
15"Do not steal"
(Exodus 20:15).

4.  I can murder another human being:

       Never

       For money or drugs

In order to join a gang

As a suicide bomber or terrorist in Holy Jihad in service to Islam

God says:
13"Do not murder"
(Exodus 20:13).

5. Some tobacco abusers have died from cancer?

The Bible says:
19"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own."
20"you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body"
(First Corinthians 6: 19 & 20).

6. Some drug abusers have lost everything they own; others have died of an overdose?

The Bible says:
1"Obey the government, for God is the one who put it there. All governments have been placed in power by God."
2"So those who refuse to obey the laws of the land are refusing to obey God, and punishment will follow."
3"For the authorities do not frighten people who are doing right, but they frighten those who do wrong. So do what they say, and you will get along well."
4"The authorities are sent by God to help you. But if you are doing something wrong, of course you should be afraid, for you will be punished. The authorities are established by God for that very purpose, to punish those who do wrong."
5"So you must obey the government for two reasons: to keep from being punished and to keep a clear conscience"
(Romans 13:1-5).

7. I never Worry about anything?

Jesus said:
25"So I tell you, don't worry about everyday life- whether you have enough food, drink, and clothes. Doesn't life consist of more than food and clothing?"
26"Look at the birds. They don't need to plant or harvest or put food in barns because your heavenly Father feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than they are."
27"Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? Of course not."
28"And why worry about your clothes? Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing,
29"yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are."
30"And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and gone tomorrow, won't he more surely care for you? You have so little faith!
31"So don't worry about having enough food or drink or clothing."
32"Why be like the pagans who are so deeply concerned about these things? Your heavenly Father already knows all your needs,
33"and he will give you all you need from day to day if you live for him and make the Kingdom of God your primary concern."
34"So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today"
(Matthew 6:25-34).

8. A major lie I have told has never come back to haunt me?

God says:
16"Do not testify falsely against your neighbor"
(Exodus 20:16).

9. A destructive angry argument always makes me feel bad?

Jesus warned us to beware of anger:
22"But I say, if you are angry with someone, you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought before the high council. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell"
(Matthew 5:22).

10. Every time that I insult another person it lifts my spirits?

Jesus gave us the Golden Rule:
12"Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets"
(Matthew 7:12).

11. I can conquor any kind of temptation in my own strength. I don't need the Lord to help me with it?

If you take the word flesh, spell it backwards and take away the letter H, it spells SELF. And one's self nature or depraved human nature can be one of our greatest challenges to overcome in the area of our personal holiness to God. A dedicated Christian believer always has to be on the alert to fight the world, the flesh, and the devil.

12. Spiritual pride is dangerous to me as a Christian believer?

18"Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall"
(Proverbs 16:18).

13. The length of my skirt, my wearing of jewelry, the length of my hair, etc. is not as important to the Lord as the attitude of my heart towards Him?

Note: My holiness must be internal (from my heart) before it is external to me. If I have this order correct then everything external will all fall into place for me based on my own convictions and my church teachings on each of these matters.

14. Each of the statements in the below list is a lie from Satan?

I’m too far gone to receive forgiveness from God.
I will never be good enough for God to accept me.
I can’t overcome my problems; they are too big for me and they are too big for God.
I was destined for this life of misery.
God is so cruel, look what He has done to me.
There is no God; therefore I can do whatever I want to do without consequence.
God has brought all these problems upon me.
There is no life after death therefore I’m going to do what feels good now.
I’ve confessed Jesus as Lord, but I must not be saved because I continue to sin.
Jesus was just a man, possibly a prophet, but definitely not the Messiah.

15. It's ok for me to get jealous of another person and say bad things about that person?

34"For jealousy is the rage of a man: therefore he will not spare in the day of vengeance."
(Proverbs 6:34)

16. I have a reverence for God and the things of God?

The Bible says:
10"Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves"
(Romans 12:10).

17. Sin and disobedience lead to misery and death but righteousness and obedience lead to blessings and eternal life?

The Bible says:
17"For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith"
(Romans 1:17).

18. Each of us should try to do the best that we can to be holy to God?

The Bible says:
14"But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof"

The Bible says:
4"Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge"
(Hebrews 13:4).

22.  According to the Bible, active homosexual sex is not holy and is

wrong and should not be practiced

Relevant (it depends on society's standards)

OK (If it feels good then do it)

The Bible says:
